PEANUT BUTTER BARS WITH CHOCOLATE MOUSSE (gluten free)

Easy no-bake chocolate peanut butter bars made with only 6 ingredients (the rest is optional). Cut them as large or small as you want! This recipe gives a small portion of 6 bars so double og triple up the recipe if you have the munchies. Eat. Smile. Repeat.

This recipe serves 6 bars. Ingredients: For the bottum: - 1,5 dl. peanut butter, smooth
- 1/2 dl. + tbsp. syrup (we used maple syrup) - 1 dl. coconut flour
- 4-5 tbsp. plant milk
Chocolatemousse: - 150 g. dark chocolate - 7 tbsp. coconut milk. Ideas for decoration (optional) - Finely chopped nuts - Coconut ground - Dried berries Instructions: 1. Mix all the ingrendietns for the bottom in a medium bowl. 2. Use a square baking pan or container with wax paper, and tranfer the mixture into it.
3. Use a rubber spatula to smooth it into an even layer (see picture below).
4. Put the mixture into the freezer while making the chocolate mousse.

5. Chop the chocolate. 6. Mix chocolate and coconut milk and melt it with double boiler method. Stir until smooth. 7. Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer. Using a clean rubber spatula, smooth chocolate into an even layer. 8. Tap the pan/container a few times to help even out the chocolate. 9. Transfer pan to freezer. Freeze for 45-60 minutes, or until hardened. 10. Remove from freezer and slice it into square pieces. ENJOY! // Anita & Tobias
