FUDGY ALMOND BITES

These healthy bites has the most delicious consistency!


This recipe sereves about 20 pieces
INGREDIENTS:
1,5 dl almonds 1 dl unshelled hempseeds 1 tbsp unsweeted cacao powder 2,5 tbsp coconut oil 2 tbsp agave- or maple syrup 0,5 dl fine chopped dark chocolate (over 80%)
Raw liquorice- or unsweeted cacao powder to cover them.
Equipment: foodprocessor DIRECTIONS:
1. Blend the almonds and hempseeds in the foodprocessor for about 10 minutes.
2. Put the cacao powder, coconut oil and syrup into the foodprocessor aswell, and blend untill the mixture has an even consistency.
3. Mix the chopped chocolate into the mixture.
4. Store the mixture in the fridge for at least an hour.
5. When the mixture has cooled off, form some small balls and store them in the fridge again for at least an hour.
Serve them cold. They remain fresh for about tree days in the fridge. ENJOY! //Anita & Tobias
