FRESH SPRING ROLLS WITH PEANUT BUTTER DIP

Fresh spring rolls is one of our all time favorites! In this recipe we will give some ideas for delicious filling and a recipe for the perfect peanut butter dip.


This recipe will make 16 springrolls.
INGREDIENTS:
16 pieces of rice paper
Peanut butter dip:
4 tbsp soysauce
4,5 tbsp peanut butter
2 tsp maple sirup
2 tsp chili flakes
2 tsp grated ginger
1-2 cloves of garlic Juice from 1 lime 1 dl water
Ideas for filling:

Red pepper Spinach Juice from lime Avocado Carrot Fresh parsley or coriander Red cabbage Mango Orange Peanuts Extra:
Soysauce & wasabi
Sweet chili sauce
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preparations: 1. Start with the crispy tofu-sticks. Find the recipe here.
2. Blend the ingredients for the peanut butter dip in a mini foodprocessor. You can also make it without and stir it in a large bowl with a mixer instead.
3. Chop the veggies in thin slices. 4. Prepare a COLD bath of water in a container large enough for the rice paper.
Directions at the dining table: If you have not tried to do this before we will recomend you to see some youtube videoes for the best result. They are easier to make when you have learned the right technique.
Eat them as whole spring rolls or cut them in half.
